I was raised in Kaimuki on Oahu, Hawaii, where Li Hing Mui and Lemon peel snacks were a significant part of my childhood. I used to sprinkle them on everything and often ended up with red-stained fingers from digging into the bag. Even as an adult, my fondness for Li Hing Mui and Lemon peel never waned. After leaving the islands, I brought my favorite treats to Las Vegas, also known as the "9th island," and turned it into a small business. I'm thrilled to share Lihinglicious with all of you!
